## Abstract Univalent antisperm antibodies (IF ab) markedly inhibited the fertilizing capacity of sperm when tested on intact, dejellied, and β€œdemembranated” __Arbacia punctulata__ eggs. Sperm motility and egg jelly penetration were not affected by IFab. Antifertilizin was excluded as the essential
