The c-axis electrical resistivity of the stage-4 acceptor ZnQ graphite intercalated compound (GIG) has been measured in the temperature range (4.2-300)K. The obtained values are larger than those of Highly Oriented Pyrolytic Graphite (HOPG). Evidence for a change in the observed metallic tendency at
