## Abstract For polymer systems of two crystalline phases of one polymer component, each phase being consisted of polymer crystals of a finite size, we derive the crystalline‐crystalline phase transition relationship, i.e., generalized Gibbs‐Thomson equation. Its application combined with the cryst
