## Abstract The apparent diffusion coefficients (ADCs) of a series of markers concentrated in the extracellular space of normal rat brain were measured to evaluate, by inference, the ADC of water in the extracellular space. The markers (mannitol, phenylphosphonate, and polyethylene glycols) are def
