The diffarential pertutbrd nngulnr correlation of *'I T:i 133-482 keV y-y cascade was studied in Hf (Iv) d" ncutral complexes. The yuadrupole coupling parameters vvzrc shown to bc sensitive to the noturc of increasingly covalent ligands. The occurrence of several isomcric forms and their intcrconversions is discussed in the tighx 01' the cspcrimenral evidence.
