Bestimmung d. Nicotins im Tabak. -Die Abacheidung d. Stryohninsalze. 133 dasselbe billiger ist als das Chininsulfat, so ist leicht eine Verfalschung des letztern mit Conchinin resp. B -Chinin denkbar, dessen therapeutischer Werth nicht vie1 hoher sein diirfte als der des Cinchonins. Zum Nachweis des Conchinins im Chinin und Chinidin kann nach M a n n das ungleiche Verhalten ihrer Sulfate zu einer mlssig gesattigten Seignettesalzlosung dienen; auch giebt nach K e r n e r ein mit Conchinin vermischtes Chininsulfat eine Losung, die mit der fur Chinin zulassigen Menge Ammoniak versetzt einen bleibenden Niederschlag giebt.
