## Abstract Hepatic angiosarcoma (Kupffer cell sarcoma) is a very rare but ominous malignancy. We report a case diagnosed by fine‐needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB). The smear showed malignant spindle cells and a few rounded cells. The diagnosis was made on the cell block by the characteristic scaffol
