## Abstract In this study, an enzymeโ€linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed to quantify vitellogenin (Vtg) in zebrafish (__Danio rerio__). Zebrafish Vtg (zfโ€Vtg) was purified from wholeโ€body homogenates of estradiolโ€exposed zebrafish, and polyclonal antibodies against zfโ€Vtg were raised.
