Multifilamentary Nb3Sn composite conductors with 65 880 and 421 160 filaments have been fabricated in long lengths by the internal tin-diffusion method. Filament diameters are in the range from 31.1 nm to 274 nm. Conductors were heat treated for 1 to 53 days at various temperatures from 400ยฐC to 700
