Post-source decay matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization (PSD-MALDI) of sodium ion-attached branched oligosaccharides derived from glycoproteins was demonstrated as a method of structure analysis by reflectron time-of-flight (TOF) mass spectrometry. Mono-, di-and triantennary structures were in
