An on-line automatic system has been developed for the determination of local anaesthetics in untreated blood plasma samples. It utilizes supported liquid membrane extraction for initial sample preparation, a solid phase column for phase switching, and a capillary gas chromatographic final analysis.

This article reports an automated sample preparation for determination of total siloxanes in shampoo products using an inductively coupled plasma (ICP). A fully automated robotics system requires only setting blank sample tubes on the racks and putting products into these tubes manually. Robot prepa
Relatively clean gas chromatography with electron capture detection (GC-ECD) chromatograms are obtained for both total and free thyroxin (T4) in serum by improving sample preparation. This is based on establishing a sequence of steps that cumulatively overcome two classes of interference: those pres
## Abstract This work reports the development of a simple and automated method for the quantitative determination of several contaminants (triazine, phenylurea, and phenoxyacid herbicides; carbamate insecticides and industrial chemicals) and their metabolites in human urine with a simplified sample
