โฆ Synopsis
A method for measurement of cystatbionine in biological samples has been developed by using an isotachophoretic analyzer. The determination of the amount of cystathionine was carried out by measuring a zone length of cystathionine in isotachophoresis. The amount of cystathionine in brains of normal rats determined by using this method was 0.084 + 0.023 pmol/g. This value agreed well with earlier reports. The amount of cystathionine in rats with experimental cystathioninuria was determined in several tissues. The results determined by using tbis method for the determination of cystathionine in the rat tissues agreed well with the results obtained by using an amino acid analyzer.

A method for the fluorometric determination of alpha-ketosuccinamic acid, the alpha-keto acid analog of asparagine, is described. The procedure involves the hydrolysis of alpha-ketosuccinamate to oxaloacetate by omega-amidase followed by NADH-dependent reduction of oxaloacetate to malate by malate d
## Abstract A simple and rapid capillary zone electrophoresis method was developed for the determination of trimebutine maleate in rat plasma and tissues. Rat plasma and tissue homogenates were mixed with acetonitrile containing internal standard, ephedrine hydrochloride, and then centrifuged. The
