## Abstract Betamethasone and dexamethasone are two corticosteroids differing in the stereoisomery of their C‐16 methyl group. These two compounds are imperfectly separated by reversed‐phase liquid chromatography and their mass spectra are very similar, leading to a difficult unambiguous identifica
