A direct fluorometric procedure for residue determination of the fungicide Fuberidazole is described. Experimental variables and instrumental parameters that affect the analytical signal have been studied and optimized. A detection limit of \(0.08 \mathrm{ng} / \mathrm{ml}\) and RSD of \(2.3 \%\) ar

A method based on the collection of 99Tc from 500 1 sea water samples by anion exchange and further extraction of TcOr into 5% triisooctylamine-xylene has been improved to include a decontamination factor 6.5 x 10' for uranium. The detection lit for *Tc is thereby reduced to 3 mBq/m3.
