โฆ Synopsis
A sensitive high-pressure liquid chromatographic assay for the detection and quantitation of the amine derivative of misonidazole in human urine is reported. The amine was converted to its dansyl derivative and was separated on a reverse-phase PBondapak phenyl column. Absorbance at 365 nm was monitored for the detection of the dansvl derivative. Using this procedure, the amine derivative has been identified as a urinary metaboiite of misonidazole.

## Abstract A simple, specific and sensitive HPLC method has been developed for the determination of metoprolol in human plasma and urine. Separation of metoprolol and atenolol (internal standard) was achieved on an Ace C~18~ column (5โฮผm, 250โmmร4.6โmm id) using fluorescence detection with ฮป~ex~=2
A system has been developed for the determination of quinolinic acid in human urine using liquid chromatography with fluorimetric detection. The compound is separated by reversed-phase chromatography using a 35 mM potassium dihydrogenphosphate solution (adjusted to pH 3.8 with 0.2 M citric acid) con
