## Abstract Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) with a telomeric peptide nucleic acid probe was employed to analyze the induction of incomplete chromosome elements (ICE; i.e., incomplete chromosomes and terminal fragments) by bleomycin (BLM) in two mammalian cell lines. Chinese hamster embryo
