โฆ Synopsis
A chemical plant for the production of glycidylalkylesters of phthalic acid frombaliphatic alcohols, epichlorhydrine and phthalic acid anhydride, has been designed. The plant combines batch and continuous processes in a fairly simple design and facilitates recycling to lower the cost of raw materials. The economic evaluation of the unit reveals attractive potentials, which may be attributed to the fairly low cost of equipment and raw materials.
