## Abstract As part of our systematic studies characterizing the properties of titanium alloys, we investigated the grindability of a series of cast Ti–Hf alloys. Alloy buttons with hafnium concentrations up to 40 mass% were made using an argon‐arc melting furnace. Each button was cast into a magne
