The quasiparticles around the Fermi level of the so-called d-p model are shown to behave as the mid-gap stat~ on the basis of the formal theory of Fermi liquid together with the Gutzwiller-type approximation for estimation of the chemical potential. On its basis, it is shown that the wavenumber-depe
