✦ Synopsis
The quasiparticles around the Fermi level of the so-called d-p model are shown to behave as the mid-gap stat~ on the basis of the formal theory of Fermi liquid together with the Gutzwiller-type approximation for estimation of the chemical potential. On its basis, it is shown that the wavenumber-dependent renormalization amplitude of p-and d-electrons, which reflects characteristic wavenumber dependence of the hybridization between p-and d-electrons on the CuO2 plane, leads ~o the attractive channel for "s"-symmetry Cooper pairing even though the interactions among p-and d-electrons are repulsive.
