## Abstract Antigen‐specific suppressor factor for delayed‐type hypersensitivity (DTH) to sheep red blood cells (SRBC) was obtained by incubating __in vitro__ spleen cells from CBA mice (H‐2^k^) injected intravenously 3 days previously with 1 Γ— 10^9^ SRBC. The suppressor factor was characterized fo
