## Abstract Preimplantation embryos from matings between yellow heterozygous (A^y^/a) mice were recovered at 56 hours __post coitum__, cultured for five days, and compared with the development of embryos from three control matings (A^y^/a โ™€ ร— a/a โ™‚, a/a โ™€ ร— A^y^/a โ™‚, a/a โ™€ ร— a/a โ™‚).
