Assuming that the JPARC experiment measures the oscillation probabilities P (νµ → νe) and P (νµ → νe) at |∆m 2 31 |L/4E = π/2, I discuss what kind of extra experiment (long baseline or reactor) can contribute to determination of θ13 and the CP phase δ.
