Assuming that the JPARC experiment measures the oscillation probabilities P (Ξ½Β΅ β Ξ½e) and P (Ξ½Β΅ β Ξ½e) at |βm 2 31 |L/4E = Ο/2, I discuss what kind of extra experiment (long baseline or reactor) can contribute to determination of ΞΈ13 and the CP phase Ξ΄.
