The effect of processing on the total dietary fibre (TDF) insoluble (IDF) and water-soluble (SDF) fractions as well as total (TS), available (AS) and resistant (RS) starch were studied in three legumes, viz. bengalgram (Cicer urietinum L.), Cowpea (Vignu Lcnguiculata) and greengram (Vigna rudiata).

Abstract
During the fabrication of tungsten‐fibre based composites temperature induced damage mechanisms of the fibre material occur. The corresponding effects on the mechanical behaviour of the composites are a main topic of this paper. A regeneration treatment to restore ductility and strength of both the fibres and the composites will be described.
