Four new cytotoxic isomalabaricane sesterterpenes, aurorals 1-4, have been isolated from the New Caledonian marine sponge Rhabdastrella globostellata. Their structures were established by spectroscopic data including 1D and 2D techniques. These compounds were found to exhibit cytotoxic activity on K
