## Abstract Standardized procedures were developed to compare quantitatively the toxic and transforming effects of ten environment‐related polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH's) using early passage mixed cultures of fetal Syrian golden hamster lung cells. Evaluation of toxicity was attempted by a
