Abstract

The cylindrically rotatable designs of type 3 are generalised to consider the factors split up into any number of groups. The conditions which must be satisfied by such a design are derived from the moment generating function of the design. A method of construction of second‐order cylindrically rotatable designs of type 3 with three or more groups of factors is provided.

Linear dc motors (LDMs) are widely used for servoactuators, compressors, and so on. High-efficiency LDMs are strongly desired for compressors. To realize LDMs with high-efficiency characteristics, decreasing the copper losses, namely, thrust-to-input ratio, F / P, must be increased. This paper descr

The first generation molecule of glutamic acid-based dendrons on a 1,3,5-benzenetricarbonyl core leads to a cylindrical assembly as demonstrated by single crystal x-ray diffraction. The benzenestack (A) is stabilized by vertical NH . . . OAC hydrogen bonding with each subunit participating in three
