Abstract

Bäume and Sträucher der Pflanzen‐Familie Flacourtiaceae, die besonders in Indien, Sri Lanka, Senegal, Brasilien und aut Hawaii. vorkommen, sind weitgehend ungenutzt. Die Samenöle dieser Pflanzen sind zwar ungenießbar, sie könnten jedoch, da aus ihren konstituierenden Cyclopentenylfettsäuren biologisch aktive Verbindungen zu gewinnen sind, wertvolle Rohstoffe darstellen.
