The title complex, [Cu 2 (C 6 H 13 NO 2 ) 4 Cl 2 ]Cl 2 Á4H 2 O, has a centrosymmetric, dimeric and dicationic tetracarboxylatodicopper(II) core with apical positions occupied by chloride. The positive charge is balanced by two non-coordinating chlorides that, together with four uncoordinated water m
