The kinematics of the reaction H;(Dz, Hz)D~H+were studied over the initial relative energy range from 0.22 to 5.21 eV For ground state reactants. The reaction was found fo proceed via a direct mechanism at all energies studied. Indirect evidence suggests, however, that substantial comples formation

✦ Synopsis
Product energy and angular distributions have been measured for the exoergtc reaction O-+ CsH4 (alfene) + OH-+ C~H-J over the relative energy range 4.6-10 8 eV (65-15.3 eV lab) The reaction mechanism IS found to be direct and well-approuunated by the spectator-strrppmg modeL We see no evldeoce of carbamons being produced in this energy region.
