β¦ Synopsis
Critical current densities have been inferred from magnetic hysteresis and volume pinning energies from magnetic relaxation measurements for neutron irradiated and unirradiated polycrystalline Y123 samples. Increases in the critical current densities, by factors of 2-3 in zero field and larger in a field, for the irradiated sample are observed. Large increases in the magnetic relaxation rate arealso observed at H = 1T. From the relaxation data and the amount of irreversible magnetization, pinning energies of 0.01-0.06 eV and 0.01-0.03 eV are inferred for the irradiated and unirradiated samples, respectively.

Inductive critical current and field cooled (FC) magnetic relaxation measurements were carried out on a Nd2\_xCe,CuO4\_v (x = 0.15) single crystal for H II c. A zero field Jc N value of 1.5 x 104 A cm -2 was obtained at 4.2 K, together with logarithmic magnetic field dependence. The relaxation data
The temperature and magnetic field dependences of inter-(i J) and intragrain (jc G) critical current densities obtained from magnetic measurements, as well as the relaxation of the intragrain magnetization, were studied on Bi-based ceramics. The best fitting for jJ is given byj J (B) = G(T)/(1 + B2/
Initial magnetization curves of Metglas 2605 SC ferromagnetic amorphous ribbons were obtained as a function of temperature and elapsed time of each temperature in the temperature range 373-473 K and for times up to 60 min. For each temperature the critical magnetic field obtained from these magnetiz
