Thin films of YBa2Cu307\_S were prepared in-situ on SrTi0 3 , Zr02, LaGa03, Ah03 and (for the first time) NdAlCa04 substrates by dc-sputtering and laser ablation using stoichiometric ceramic targets. In case of SrTi0 3 single crystalline films with narrow transitions to superconductivity (boTe ~0.5K
