✦ Synopsis

Abstract

The cover image of this issue consists of a microscopy image showing the morphological polarization of JHM1‐2.2 cells upon SDF1‐α‐stimulation, and is taken from Jean‐Mairet et al. (pp. 1035–1046). In this article, the authors investigate the role of the neuronal protein Kidins220/ARMS in T lymphocytes. The authors identify Kidins220/ARMS as a novel and important component of the uropod, where it establishes associations with critical T‐cell uropod components, and participates in the regulation of T‐cell motility. The image has been digitally manipulated and the colours have no significance.
