✦ Synopsis
Abstract
A procedure is described which allows the recording of ^1^H NMR spectra from gas chromatographic (GC) fractions flowing through the magnetic field with a velocity of c. 0.6 cm/s. The spectra are obtained by the pulse Fourier transform technique; the beginning and the termination of the pulse sequence is timed according to the chromatogram from a thermal conductivity detector. The line width of the signals in the NMR spectra is 2 Hz.
