✦ Synopsis
After publication, it was realized that the ICR values for the 28-strand PR samples should be reduced by half in Table 4, Figs. 5 and6. This stems from the fact that the KEK cycle is half of a 1 T triangle wave cycle. There are three number replacements in the text as follows: p 205, col 1, line 16, the number 711 should read 356. p 205, col 2, line 3, the number 306 should now read 153. The amended Figs. 5 and 6 and Table 4 are shown below:
