## Abstract Twenty‐four fresh tumors of gastric carcinoma were assessed by flow cytometric detection of P‐glycoprotein (P‐gp) using monoclonal antibody C219. Eight patients were P‐gp positive. Differentiated gastric carcinomas contained significantly higher concentrations of P‐gp positive. Incidenc
