✦ Synopsis

An hi0 study of the coordinate of the reaction methylcarbene-ethylene, using semi-empirical methods has been performed. The calculated critical energies for the reaction were: 17 kcal/mole by the EH method, 5 kcal/mole by INDO and 1 kcai/mole by hlINDO/2.
