✦ Synopsis
Let xn+1 = exp(A + uB)xn be a discrete-time control system on R 2n with A and B matrices in the symplectic Lie algebra sp(n; R). This paper gives su cient conditions for the global controllability of the system. These conditions are similar to those of Martin (Math. Control Signal Systems 8 (1995) 279).

The problem of deriving a frequency-domain su$cient condition for the global asymptotic stability of a discrete-time system having hysteretic controllers is considered. It is suggested that the hysteretic characteristic be replaced by a function of the form f (y, g) where y(t) is the input to the co
In this paper we derive a set of conditions which are both necessary and sufficient for complete controllability of a class of inhomogeneous discrete time bilinear systems.
