✦ Synopsis
Am-The
parametric sensitivity of a linearized extended Kahn filter estimating drift rates of inhibitor feed concentration, reactor residence time and capillary pressure-drop measurement was studied by computer simulation. No more than two parameters could be successfully estimated at the same time. Limited-memory filters were not as effective as the filter with unlimikd memory.

Measurements were made of the value of the lumped kinetic constant k p /k t 0.5 of vinyl acetate in different solvents and with different initiators. This quantity was evaluated using the well-known conversion vs. time approach in dilute solutions using both azo-bis-isobutyronitrile and benzoyl pero
