## Abstract Irradiation of (__E,E__)‐germacra‐1(10),4,7(11)‐triene **1** gives __intra__molecular reactions of the __endo__cyclic double bonds. Products can be correlated with the crossed and parallel conformation of the title compound and the parallel conformation of its (__Z,Z__)‐isomer **2**.
