A radioimmunoassay (KU) for vitamin B is described. Antisera were raised in rabbits using a conjugate between S-0-succinyl cyanocoba#min and chicken serum albumin. The antibody is largely specific for the fi (upper) face of the vitamin B molecule. The RfA can detect vitamin B down to concentrations
