โฆ Synopsis
Abstract
The complete ^1^H and ^13^C NMR assignments are reported for the antithrombotic (21__R__)โ and (21__S__)โargatroban by 1D and 2D NMR experiments (HSQC, HMBC, NOESY and ^1^H๏ฃฟ^1^H COSY). Some wellโresolved signals could be used for an accurate measurement of the diastereomeric composition of argatroban. Copyright ยฉ 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

The complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR data for a series of synthesized diosgenyl saponin analogs are described, viz. diosgenyl b-D-glucopyranoside (1), diosgenyl a-L-rhamnopyranosyl- 7). The assignments were achieved using homo-and heteronuclear two-dimensional NMR techniques.
In addition to 1D NMR methods and 2D shift-correlated NMR techniques (COSY and HETCOR), spin-spin simulation and MMX calculations, to obtain the minimum energy conformation structure, were used for the complete 1 H and 13 C NMR assignments of stephalic acid.
## Abstract The complete analyses of the ^1^H and ^13^C NMR spectra of the __ortho__ ester analogues of etoposide are reported and differentiation of the ฮฑ and ฮฒ isomers of these derivatives is suggested by using the ฮณโ__gauche__ effect upon the ^13^C chemical shift. ## Abstract The complete assignments of all ^1^H and ^13^C chemical shifts were made for the fluorinated dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) analog fluasterone, 2, and two potential __in vivo__ metabolites 3 and 4. The assignments were made using a combination of oneโ and twoโdimensional NMR techniques (
