## Abstract Human metapneumovirus (hMPV) is a virus that induces human respiratory syncytial virus (hRSV)‐like illnesses, ranging from upper respiratory tract infection to severe bronchiolitis and pneumonia. The 100 serum samples from children aged 1 month to 5 years were tested for the presence of
