## Abstract Comparative studies on corrosion protection properties of polyimide‐silica‐clay composites were studied in this article. A series of polyimide‐silica (PIS), polyimide‐clay (PIC), and polyimide‐silica‐clay composites (PISC) materials, consisting of an organo‐soluble polyimide (ODA‐BSAA)
An investigation on the influence of side-chain fluorination on the performance of a series of acrylic-based copolymers as protective coating materials for stones has been carried out by comparing them with unfluorinated polymeric analogues. For this purpose, a series of copolymers of 1H,1H,2H,2H-pe
2-(4-Nitrophenyl)sulfonylethoxycarbonyl (Nsc) is an alternative base-labile N h -protecting group to 9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl (Fmoc) for amino acids. The UV spectrum of the Nsc group exhibits moderate absorption at 380 nm which is excellent for real-time monitoring of the deprotection process. It
## Abstract In this work, a comparative study on the use of different polymers as physically adsorbed coatings for CE is presented. It is demonstrated that the use of __ad hoc__ synthesized polymers as coatings allows tailoring the EOF in CE increasing the flexibility of this analytical technique.
