✦ Synopsis
The dipolar plasma resonance has Seen identified in liquid nitromethane and nitromethak-CC& solutions by menas of the reflection of obliquely incident linearly polarized for infrared radiation. This is the first experimental observation of the dipolar plasmon. * Supported in part by the National Science Foundation ** Smith et d.
