The COz-laser-induced IRMPD of CF2C12/HI and CF\*ClBr/HI mixtures produced "C-enriched CF,HCI. In CF#&/HI mixtures, the CF,HCI underwent secondary IRMPD in the continuing pulse irradiation at the same wavenumber and fluence, yielding CFzHz with a "C content of 97%. Because of efficient decomposition
