## BACKGROUND. To the authors' knowledge, the cytologic features of villoglandular adenocarcinoma (VGC) have been described in very few publications. The malignant cells are difficult to separate from reactive glandular cells and the majority of VGCs are missed on screening cytology. ## METHODS.
