✦ Synopsis
We discuss Hamiltonians in arbitrary C" external electromagnetic fields and with positive potentials. Classical bounds are given on inverse energy moments in non-zero-temperature Gibbs slates. We also prove convergence to the classical limit when fi 4 0 as well as for the expectation values of some local observables.

The general canonical forms for axial symmetric space-times are investigated. Special forms such as static, stationary and cylindrical are investigated. Our results are based only upon the symmetries assumed, not upon the field equations; thus they are applicable to vacuum, electromagnetic and matte
