✦ Synopsis

We discuss Hamiltonians in arbitrary C" external electromagnetic fields and with positive potentials. Classical bounds are given on inverse energy moments in non-zero-temperature Gibbs slates. We also prove convergence to the classical limit when fi 4 0 as well as for the expectation values of some local observables.

We thank Dr. Balzano and Dr. Sheppard for indicating that the SAR units in Tables 234567, and on the last line of p. 170 of our article should be "(mW/kg)" rather than "(W/kg)." As they noted, this typographical error did not occur in the figures and obviously did not affect our interpretation of th

The general canonical forms for axial symmetric space-times are investigated. Special forms such as static, stationary and cylindrical are investigated. Our results are based only upon the symmetries assumed, not upon the field equations; thus they are applicable to vacuum, electromagnetic and matte
