Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare tumor in children. About 20% of childhood adrenocortical tumors are thought to be benign adenomas, but the exact histologic classification may be difficult even for an experienced pathologist [1,2]. Over 90% of adrenocortical tumors are hormonally active, irr
